Gullringen is a village in the countryside 20 km north of Vimmerby, an area of varied
and scenic beauty. Here you will find a youth hostel, a golf course, a café and indoor
public swimming pools. There is even a small bathing place by the mill pond with
game fishing facilities and a nature trail. For outings Astrid Lindgren’s World, Emil’s
Katthult, Bullerbyn (“The Noisy Village”) in Pelarne and the old oak in Rumskulla
are all within reach.
